Travel Services and Fees
Our services are designed to help you travel better. Use our knowledge and expertise to make the best decisions, and get a vacation that is perfect for you. We work with you in a way that is comfortable, and we will take care of all the details that you don’t have time for.
Our fees are fixed price and will be quoted to you up front in our initial discussion. Fees are based on the estimated amount of work and therefore vary by the type of vacation being planned.
Package Vacations
Air and Resort combinations – $250 – $300
We will:
- Discuss your vacation objectives, preferences and budget
- Assist you with the selection process – recommend destination and resort based on above
- Shop for best value
- Provide up to 3 quotes
- Guide you through the decision process by providing additional information or answering questions
- Book your vacation, including any special requests
- Book seat selection on air craft
- Handle special requests – dietary restrictions, cribs or bed configuration in suites, accessibility, wheel chair at airport, etc
- Research and book excursions, spas treatments, dinner reservations, etc. if desired
- Provide insurance quote and book if desired
- Reconfirm all bookings with vendors, incl. special requests, 15 – 30 days prior to travel
- Produce, organize, and deliver all travel documents
- Follow up within 14 days of your return
- (Resolve any problems on your behalf with vendors if necessary)
Luxury Cruises
Cruises up to 30 days $500 – $750
World Cruises $750-$1000
We will:
- Discuss your vacation objectives, preferences and budget
- Assist you with the selection process – research and recommend cruise line and itinerary based on above
- Research and recommend hotels and activities for pre and post cruise stays if desired
- Shop for best value on all of the above
- Provide up to 3 quotes
- Guide you through the decision process and cabin selection by providing additional information or answering questions
- Book your cruise, including any special requests and any hotel stays
- Plan and book air, seat selection, and transfers
- Handle special requests – dietary restrictions, cribs or bed configuration in cabins, accessibility, wheel chair at airport, etc
- Research and book excursions, spa treatments, dinner reservations, etc. if desired
- Travel Insurance selection and purchase if applicable
- Reconfirm all bookings with vendors, incl. special requests, 15 – 30 days prior to travel
- Update Loyalty program(s) if applicable
- Produce, organize, and deliver all travel documents
- Follow up within 14 days of your return
- (Resolve any problems on your behalf with vendors if necessary)
Escorted Land Tours or Adventure Tours – $500
We will:
- Discuss your vacation objectives, preferences and budget
- Research and recommend tours and itinerary based on above
- Research and recommend hotels and activities for pre and post tour city stays if desired
- Shop for best value on all of the above
- Provide up to 3 quotes
- Guide you through the decision making process by providing additional information or answering questions
- Book your tour and extra hotel nights and excursions
- Plan and book air, seat selection, and transfers
- Handle special requests – dietary restrictions, cribs or bed configuration in hotels, accessibility, wheel chair at airport, etc
- Research and book excursions, spa treatments, dinner reservations, etc. if desired
- Plan pre and post city stays if applicable. Hotels may be booked with tour company, separate vendor, or direct with hotel depending on price and preference
- Prepare itinerary for pre and post city stays
- Recommend, select and book excursions for pre and post city stays if applicable
- Travel Insurance selection and purchase if applicable
- Reconfirm all bookings with vendors, incl. special requests, 15 – 30 days prior to travel
- Update Loyalty program(s) if applicable
- Produce, organize, and deliver all travel documents
- Follow up within 14 days of your return

Florida Parks and Resorts
Fees $500 – $750 depending on number of travelers, sites visited, and days
We will:
- Discuss your vacation objectives, preferences and budget
- Research and recommend hotels, parks, and excursions based on above
- Shop for best value on all of the above
- Provide up to 3 quotes
- Guide you through the decision making process by providing additional information or answering questions
- Book your hotel, park tickets and excursions
- Plan and book air, seat selection, and transfers
- Handle special requests – dietary restrictions, cribs or bed configuration in hotels, accessibility, wheel chair at airport, etc
- Prepare daily park itineraries so that you can get the most out of each day
- Travel Insurance selection and purchase if applicable
- Reconfirm all bookings with vendors, incl. special requests, 15 – 30 days prior to travel
- Update Loyalty program(s) if applicable
- Produce, organize, and deliver all travel documents
- Follow up within 14 days of your return
- (Resolve any problems on your behalf with vendors if necessary)
Fully Independent Travel (FIT) to anywhere
Fees $500 minimum up to $1500 depending on research and complexity of itinerary
We will:
- Discuss your vacation objectives, preferences and budget
- Research and recommend destinations and general itinerary based on above
- Guide you through decision of overall destination and itinerary
- Research and recommend hotels and activities
- Shop for best value on all of the above
- Develop itinerary based on your specifications or as recommended by us
- Provide up to 3 quotes
- Guide you through the decision making process of detailed itinerary by providing additional information or answering questions
- Book your hotel, transportation, excursions, event tickets, etc.
- Plan and book air, seat selection, and transfers
- Handle special requests – dietary restrictions, cribs or bed configuration in hotels, accessibility, wheel chair at airport, etc
- Prepare daily itinerary
- Travel Insurance selection and purchase if applicable
- Reconfirm all bookings with vendors, incl. special requests, 15 – 30 days prior to travel
- Update Loyalty program(s) if applicable
- Produce, organize, and deliver all travel documents
- Follow up within 14 days of your return
